We're an MTA Assured and AA Approved workshop, which is usually what an insurer wants to see, and anything we find gets quoted before we touch it. That quote is what goes to the insurer, so you can see exactly what is being claimed and what is not.
We also work on cars we didn't sell. Most of the Leafs we service came from somewhere else, and a claim on one of those is handled the same way.
